I worked with Mauro Daquino to obtain my visa this Spring and he was amazing. He helped me with every step and made sure I got all the important documents correct. He also attended the fingerprinting session with me which was the only way I could have survived the appointment because my Spanish isn't that great. So grateful to Mauro for making my dream to live in Spain come true.

They overpromised and absolutely failed at delivering. They told us how great their tax advisors were and how they have saved other clients over 100.000euros in taxes. We were in a very difficult situation with unexpectedly high tax bill to pay with no cash to pay it. When we hired them, all they did was say "I don't think there is much to do", and we had to pull their tongue during the expensive meeting to get them to try to do their job. They promised they would do a tax simulation, they never did. They also said "I wish I had your problem" during our meeting. We understand in some cases there isn't much to do. We are not complaining about that. We are very disappointed at the fact that they never re-did the numbers we provided, they didn't look through our stocks to see whether or not the taxable events were correct or not. They didn't even tell us we could split the tax bill into instalments. We would never use this service again and recommend nobody does.

Creo que no existe peor gestoría en toda Barcelona. Ineficiencia absoluta y no se responsabilizan de los errores. En especial las personas que venían de empresas de adquisición. Lamentable - en Hacienda nos tienen ahora sin ellos asumir ninguna responsabilidad.

Contraté por la transferencia de un vehículo que nunca se llegó a tramitar, y jamás me informaron de que la gestión no se había completado. Me enteré meses después, tras varios problemas legales, multas y gastos que sigo pagando por su negligencia. Además, reconocieron el error, pero no ofrecieron ninguna solución ni compensación. He tenido que gestionar por mi cuenta el contacto con desguace, seguro, grúa, etc., porque no sabían cómo actuar tras el siniestro del coche. A día de hoy el coche sigue a mi nombre y ellos siguen sin resolver nada. Nada recomendable si buscas una gestoría responsable y seria.

Sonia is our gestor and she is great! She is really responsive and helps us ( small business) in the areas we need help, also to understand how the tax world works and how we can optimize!
