We have mandated Valeria of Genius Properties to manage our townhouse in Estepona 5 years ago and we have never looked back. As we are out of the country, it is very comforting for us to know that everything will be well taken care of; small repairs performed promptly, full inspection before and after tenants leave to ensure that all is in order and even recommendations on enhancements that help improving our place and making it more attractive for potential customers. Obviously, everything boils down to the occupancy rate and although the global market went through rough patches due to both the economic situation and the global pandemic, Valeria has done a very good job of attracting and retaining tenants for us. Buying a property abroad can be a daunting prospect but Neil instantly puts your mind at ease. Super Rude on the telefone, I was kindly calling to ask if it was possible to bring a thicker blanket because it is cold. As well as a heater because the heating was not warming fast enough. As well as no heating in the bathroom. Told me if I don't like it I can leave. Instead of just letting me know there was spare ones nordic ones... Very big disapointment in terms of service to the client.

Valeria was extremely helpful and professional. We felt like home in the apartment in Estepona. It was very nice to deal with and always available. Really nice apartment by the port. Convenient and optimal location . Thank you Valeria!
