I've been collaborating with Johanna Ode one of the company real estate agent for a transaction. This transaction was particular as I was taking over an ongoing transaction replacing the initial buyers. Johanna has been highly professional demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the property, a willingness to support and connect the new buyer to the seller. The overall process was smooth with timely spontaneous updates. As this was a cross border transaction (all parties in 3 different countries) she's been accommodating from the transaction initiation to settlement.
