Mi experiencia con Urbane International Real Estate Barcelona fue terrible. Su comportamiento fue poco profesional y engañoso desde el principio. Se anuncian como vendedores y administradores de "apartamentos de lujo", pero en realidad la calidad del servicio es muy deficiente. Hubo retrasos en la comunicación, promesas incumplidas y una total falta de profesionalidad durante todo el proceso. La información que proporcionaron al mostrar el apartamento no se correspondía con la realidad. Las promesas de mantenimiento y servicio eran completamente falsas. Lo más decepcionante es que, cuando se plantea un problema, eluden la responsabilidad e intentan culpar al cliente. Este nivel de comportamiento es totalmente inaceptable para una empresa en una ciudad como Barcelona. Aconsejo a cualquiera que busque comprar o alquilar una propiedad aquí que se mantenga alejado de Urbane International Real Estate: perderán tiempo, dinero y tranquilidad.

I have been using Urbane for the last 8 years. Katya is my main contact. Their service is first class. I am not a Spanish speaker. They were very attentive and caring. They even help me with some banking issues. Highly recommneded!

I have only had Unbane Property Management for a couple of months and have had multiple issues with my building and understanding board meetings as well as needing to have things delivered and handymen. Barbara and Iain have been unbelievable!! They have taken care of everything and have been incredibly responsive day and night and even weekends. What an amazing operation they have. If you want to feel secure with your property when you are not there, these people are the real deal. They know everything about how things work in Barcelona and are an invaluable resource.
