Engel &Volkers published a property listing in the area of Costa Blanca on Idealista. So I gave them a call, The agent stated the property is reserved and practically sold (even though the property still active on Idealista). I find it bizarre because when you put a reservation in a house, the real state agency either takes the listing out of the website or flags with reserved sign. Yes, I called a few times, trying to figure out the prospective buyers applied for a mortgage or are cash buyers (To see it is worth the wait ). The agent seems very evasive with my questions Anyways, my apologies to show a strong interest in the property, it won't happen again. Wish you luck!. Dear Ms. Fedorovskis, Thanks for your time to reply for my review. I found that the agent assigned to assist me did not communicate clearly or consistently throughout the process. I also understand that the property listing is currently reserved and in the process of being sold. However, I’m aware that real estate deals can sometimes fall through for various reasons, particularly the process is a mortgage. With that in mind, I understand and respect the importance of buyer privacy, and I’m not asking for any personal details . However, I would have appreciated any feedback about the last steps of closing the home. That way I can move on with the next property. Thanks for your reply.

Fui con mi madre y la verdad es que salimos encantadas. Nos trataron súper bien desde el principio, muy atentos y cercanos. Nos explicaron todo con mucha paciencia y nos ayudaron a encontrar justo lo que buscábamos. Se nota que saben lo que hacen y que les importa de verdad ayudar. We recently sold our apartment in Villajoyosa, Spain via Engel & Volkers in Benidorm and were personally guided through the process by Janis Fedorovskis and his colleagues there who were brilliant. The sale went through smoothly and quickly from start to finish and we cannot fault their professional and pro-active approach. We bought a flat with the agency. Olga, who looked after us, was very professional, very considerate, very patient, and she always knew how to reassure us and advise us. She accompanied us to the notary's office to sign the contract and even helped us to open our electricity and water accounts. David, her colleague, is just as competent and does everything he can to help us in our search. They are exceptional people. We will keep in touch with them and recommend them without hesitation.
