Engel & Völkers Marbella East - Elviria

Selling my Elviria penthouse was a long process, there were so many viewings. Julia did an amazing job and we ended up with a very good deal. Great!

I have recently sold a property in Spain. My experience with Engel Voelkers was excellent . Their agent Julia Pilgueva looked after my interests with genuine care and diligence. I would happily go back to her again if the occasion presented itself.

Please avoid this Company at all costs, Engel & Volkers try and manipulate the market by being seriously obstructive , I attempted to view a property they were Listing with another agent who I trust implicitly, I asked Engel & Volkers in Elvira if I could view it with my own agent, they categorically said NO, as they were the only NO 1 agents, Basically they do not want to share any possible commission with any other agent in the whole of Marbella, Having challenged them on there policy as to why they would jeopardise a possible sale for their client, there answer was they have lots of clients and we will sell it eventually, but we will not allow anyone other agent show a house that they are listing, I would understand if the had the sole rights to the selling off the Villa for there client. But that is not the case. As soon as anyone enquires about any property that Engel & Volkers they feel they OWN the client, only because they have Name & Email address. I would advise anyone looking to buy or View a property on the Costa Del Sol to Totally AVOID ENGEL & VOLKERS. The staff are rude and embarrassing, with little respect for anyone. Please Please AVOID. Suggest you use ARDEN ESTATES in Elvira Commercial Business Park, they are respectful and courteous and willing to help.
