I sold my property with Casas Espania and the service was excellent from start to finish. I was nervous as I had been renting the properly and needed a fast sale once I lost that income. I was also a bit concerned as I had an up build that wasn’t on the escritura and you just expect something to go wrong in Spain! Sarah was excellent. She reassured me, she managed my expectations and she knew her stuff. She organized an architect to arrange the certificates I needed and had a buyer before my tenant had even moved out! In fact it never even went on their website as I had a buyer and offer that same day! Sarah arranged a solicitor who knew her stuff and sale was done dusted and hassle free. I sold the house as seen and I’d had to leave stuff behind. They sorted all of that for me including cleaning and the only thing I needed to do was a quick trip from the UK to set up power of attorney for the solicitor. Start to finish - 4 weeks! Surpassed my expectations and Sarah was patient with my million emails and constant need for reassurance! Can’t recommend her enough!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, Sarah went out of her way to guide us through the initial stages of our purchase, recommending a solicitor to deal with the relevant paperwork and associated burocracy. As this was before Christmas, things moved at a whirlwind pace, taking about four weeks from start to finish. Excellent friendly service. Highly recommended.

Nothing but praise for this company and especially Andy for everything he did in helping me with viewings and ultimately purchasing a property from them. I was personally driven and shown around 7 properties over a 2 day period and then put a deposit down on 1 of them. Andy has great knowledge of the area and answered all my questions which really helped me in making a quick decision to buy from them. Highly recommend using this company if looking for a place in Torrevieja and surrounding areas.

I can’t even begin to say thank you enough!!! Sarah has been amazing!! I bought a property with them and they kept in touch with me the whole time I was looking but not yet in the country. When I moved to Spain they were supportive and offered help with everything I didn’t understand. Efficient service and friendly attitude couldn’t be better. With Covid I have since had to sell this property from the UK Sarah again went above and beyond my expectations! They were supportive and explained and updated at every point I needed. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you to all of you guys and the work you are doing during this hard and stressful time!! I will be sure to pop in on my next visit to the area !! Ordered an airport transfer well in advance, 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time I have to call into the office myself to find out they are not picking me up due to an broken down vehicle. (Which I can understand and have all respect for) however not letting us know or at least helping us think of an alternative and leaving us stranded with an airplane to catch is extremely unprofessional and just rude. Therefore do not order any airport transfers here they are unreliable and will leave you stranded.
