Amazing experience at the Rolex boutique! The staff were very friendly and professional, taking their time to assist me. My GMT-Master II "Root Beer" was beautifully presented, and the whole process felt exclusive and personal. Highly recommended!

I went in this shop to see watches while on vacation and my experience was more than great. Marisa and Vicky, whom I would like to thank again, really gave us a warm welcome and very good advice: I am delighted with my new watch! I'm sure the next time I'm in Tenerife, I'll be back to say hello and, who knows, do some more shopping !

Bought several watches on different Canarian Islands. In this store we have been assisted by Raul. He takes time for you as a customer and is very helpful. At this point we have bought 2 pieces and we will come back if he can provide us. Hope Raul can fulfill our wishes as Rolex customers in the future. 5 star rating!

I was in the store yesterday and wanted to buy a Rolex. The seller was very rude and lied to me. I wanted to try on the watch in the shop window and if it fit, I would have bought it. The seller told me the watch had already been sold. Then why is it still in the shop window including the price??? Such unprofessional behavior! The salesman didn't want to sell me anything just because I came into the store wearing shorts and a T-shirt. I felt very discriminated against. Clothes make the man, this saying should be given up these days. Very rude, I will never enter this store again!

Récemment, je suis passé chez ce revendeur officiel Rolex. Dés mon entrée, j’ai directement été bien accueillie. Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas les montres en acier (oystersteel) que je recherchais. Cependant, il m’a quand même présenté 2 magnifiques montres en Or et a également été là pour répondre au mieux à toutes mes questions. Merci!

Went there few months ago. Very very rude and arrogant. Acted like they were the big shots and laughing at us for asking if it was possible to buy a Rolex.. well let me tell you a few months later we found 2 of them in a better AD where they treat you with respect.

My wife and I have been visiting the stunning Rolex boutique in Playa de Las Americas for many years now and each time enjoy a first class buying experience. There is always a very warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble for Raul and Harry who are extremely knowledgeable and consistently professional. I cannot rate this store highly enough for the quality of staff, the ambience (it smells amazing!) and the huge selection of luxury watches that they display in the windows and cases. Can’t wait for our next visit - we will definitely be back!
