Aurelie and LUM was phenomenal, after a long search with my partner, we came accross her store in Gracia while browsing for different stores online. She was the only one to offer a 3d print to see how the ring would look like. And after just 2 weeks of back and forth we found the one. Her attention to details and her patience is unmatched! Highly recommend.

La profesionalidad y la cercanía de Aurélie me hicieron darme cuenta nada más entrar de que estaba en el sitio adecuado. Siempre disponible, respondiendo al momento, y adaptándose a mis necesidades y peticiones. La calidad del material es muy buena, con diamantes fair trade y con oro de 18 quilates, todo con su correspondiente certificado. Y sobretodo la singularidad y autenticidad de los diseños, en mi caso para un anillo de compromiso, no los he encontrado en otras tiendas de joyas, y miré muchas. Si te gusta lo que ves en la web, pide una cita para verlo en persona y no te defraudará. Es importante saber que hay que pedir cita antes de ir, pero si te gusta lo que ves, no lo dudes!

I had the most beautiful experience at LUM choosing my engagement ring with my partner on Christmas Eve in 2021. Aurelie was lovely & welcoming & the boutique store is so beautiful it felt like a really idyllic afternoon. We loved it so much that of course we chose to go back to select our wedding bands. My husband selected one of the bands that were in store whilst I had a custom band made to compliment the engagement ring we'd bought the previous year. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone wanting to have a unique and ethical experience.

I really hate to leave this review but I’m so frustrated. I bought 3 studs from this jewelry store a couple of years ago - they were very expensive but I loved that it’s ethical and I loved the minimalist design. I figured it would be worth investing in these pieces for life Within a few months, the backing of one of my studs fell out just in daily life walking around the city, so I lost one entire stud (so, worth a few hundred euro). I wrote in asking if there was anything she could do and she offered a discount but I figured I didn’t want to pay that much and just let it go as a fluke, and I let my third piercing close. A few days ago it happened AGAIN just wiping my face dry after a shower. Luckily I found the stud but lost the backing and now have to replace it with another. I just don’t think this should be happening to these pieces, considering how much they cost! My cheap studs I got from when I pierced my ears originally lasted me 20+ years without this happening so I’m just really disappointed and wish I didn’t spend all that money on these earrings
