Messika Store Barcelona

Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism Messika Barcelona 3 days ago We visited Messika Barcelona to clean our Messika jewelry. From the start, the experience was confusing and frustrating. One staff member kept giving unclear answers like "yes, but not now," and asked if we had an appointment. When we said no and asked if we needed one, she couldn’t give us a straight answer. Later another staff member possibly the manager told us we’d have to wait. I explained we were heading to Madrid and couldn’t wait. He told us to go to the Madrid boutique instead. We called Madrid, and they refused, saying the Barcelona store should handle it since you are there already. I also asked to resize a bracelet I had purchased from Messika because it was too big. Their answer? "The person who resizes isn’t here." So… was I supposed to leave with a bracelet that doesn’t fit? At this point, it was clear: Messika Barcelona forgot that we’re the client. We’re not there to work around their convenience. For a luxury brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

I bought a ring some days ago and I am fascinated with the store’s service, specifically from Alejandro. Some days before reaching Barcelona, I called the store and talk to Alejandro. I asked him about a ring in size 49 and, because it was not available in the store, he ordered for me. Everything went very smoothly with him. I came to Barcelona, went to the store and the ring was there waiting for me. I am very satisfied with the service and my new ring!

I went to the store looking for a specific bracelet unfortunately I didn’t find the size I want however Alejandro was helping me and doing his magic to find the requested size in different Messika stores and in the next day I got what I want, special thanks to Alejandro for his great support and help. Also I’d like to thankVeronica for her assistance as well. Thank you again

The best branch of Messika .. The staff is very nice and friendly .. The pieces are available in the preferred sizes.. Noelia helped us choose the pieces and she was very helpful and kind.. thank you noelia .

- Ask for Alejandro or Alina, they are the sweetest. - Check the products as not all are in perfect condition. I had an unfortunate experience with the manager, who acted as if I was trying to scam the store and mentioned I could be denied access to travel, which was nonsense. One employee (short brown hair) was giving condescending looks, pushing the papers away when I showed her official Global Blue tax-free papers, and was questioning why I returned to the store again after talking to the manager??? Maybe because the manager is not well informed about the process? This behavior is unprofessional for a well-known jewelry store. Eventually, they called Global Blue, who educated them on the system, and my papers were finally processed after a long hassle.
