Bought a wonderful DW watch from TicTacArea. Great costumer service-kind and fast answers! The watch arrived after 6 weeks, during the first 2 weeks I received updates in the website almost everyday but it was quiet in the next 4 weeks which had me worried, but the watch arrived and it is beautiful

Shipping was prompt given that it was shipped overseas and came by a reliable service. Price was unmatched. The watch arrived in pristine condtion...obviously brand new. Packaging was impeccable. I had some initial questions about the watch status in respect to battery charge, time sync and audio beeps. I reached out and received a prompt and detailed response which turned out to be totally on point. I went by the suggestions and all questions were resolved. Perfect. Love the watch and the service.

The watch I purchased arrived safely and the delivery time was considered fast for international delivery. The prices are definitely cheaper than other places and the store has unique watches that you can't find anywhere else. The customer service is also excellent with a very fast response!!! Tictacarea.com is definitely legit so kindly ignore those one-star reviews. I am from Singapore and this is the first Casio G-Shock I bought from Tictacarea.com. Price wise its competitive and I could get hold of models that is otherwise discontinued in my country. These are legit and authentic Casio G-shock watches that Tictacarea.com is selling and they are definitely not fakes. The whole ordering process is seamless and assuring with tracking provided. My watch arrived in 12 days time and I can see the whereabouts of my watch from Spain to Singapore. Thank Juan for the fabulous watch! I'll be ordering more watches from you soon! 🙂

As I prepared to write my review of Tictacarea.com, I took a peek at the 1-star reviews --- who doesn't stop to look at a train wreck??? Frankly, I had the complete opposite experience with Tictacarea.com and cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service, integrity, and follow through. Yes, going though Customs of a country outside of your own can pose delays. We live in an "instant pudding" society which leads to impatience and inappropriate expectations. For full disclosure, I ordered a replacement watchband for a Michael Kors watch. Given that I had time on my hands, I was not in a big rush. Here's where the difference came. When a new watchband arrived, I quickly discovered that it wan an incorrect match. I double checked my order, then, I reached out to Tictacarea.com to explain the mishap. Not only did I get a quick response, I also received a complete explanation of what occurred and a full assurance that Tictacarea.com was going to immediately resolve the issue --- which they did! I now have time back on my wrist and am a very happy Tictacarea.com customer. 5 stars to Juan and his team!!!
