One of the best management company I have ever dealt with, Spain Realty Estate is extremely professional with a great attention to detail, before and upon arrival. They also have airport service pickup and drop off if needed, was not our case but great to know. They had a pitcher of margaritas waiting for us upon arrival which was a very nice touch. As a couple was very affordable off season. I found it spacious enough actually for two couples, or a couple with 2-3 kids. Master bedroom and bath has a very good size with large walk-in shower and very large double vanity sink. Another double bedroom and a twin. PLENTY of towels and sheets. Most importantly you'll want to keep those windows open at night to watch the sunrise, and hear the sea! The kitchen was fully stocked and equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer were very clean and new. The housekeeper maintains it all extremely clean (daily service). And we were very spoiled. Although, the Marbella suites next door has a great restaurant we preferred the tranquility of most our meals in and spent our days by the pool. Boy, do I miss it. I can't tell you how much more relaxing it is to have your own private pool versus fighting for chairs at a resort. They clean it every other day which was a big wow. The beach is only few steps away if you like the sand ☺️. Totally great value, great location and great service we will definitely repeat.

We chose Costa del Sol for the location and the views. We spent 9 days at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it! The home is very clean, very well equipped and the view is spectacular!! Loved breakfasts on the patio and night swims under the stars. Location is perfect! Day or night. The beach is a quick walk and is gorgeous!!! It was not safe in August but this made absolutely no difference to us at all and went down several times to soak up the beauty! We just can't say enough about this home! WE LOVE IT and cannot wait to get back! The staff was exceptional from start to finish! Antonio took care of the reservation, the arrival, the rental car, answering all our questions, making recommendations etc. Antonio did it all and was very friendly. Shuttle driver from airport was great. Arrived at the villa to find our rental car waiting in the driveway. The door swings open and Manager, greets us with a warm welcome! He gave us the tour and was on his way. We had absolutely no issues but called him with a couple questions and he was always immediately available. Very friendly! He will help set up fun things to do too! The rental car rep finished up our rental right on site and was wonderful. We drove ourselves to the airport and returned it with ease on our day of departure. Thank you one and all! To sum it up, Costa del Sol is a must visit! Much thanks to Spain Realty Estate !!!

It is a beautiful villa, close to the beach with an amazing view. That's what I call relaxing! We had a couple of geckos that made its way in the villa somehow...no big whoop. It was pretty cute and my boys (17 & 14) thought it was great. I figure they probably took care of any little bugs in the villa. They're skiddish and won't bother you. The booking process with Antonio was great. Air conditioning units in every room. Abundance of books, games and videos for your use in the villa Local and US phone calls are free Proximity to the beach is a plus and the beach has very few people at any given time, it's virtually YOUR beach. Take your flip-flops as the granite is sharp to climb on while exploring the tide pool nooks and crannies. The sunrises are spectacular and I absolutely COULDN'T miss a single one...so heavenly. Open floor plan makes for cooking and dining while visiting a pleasure. Speakers are great to hook up to an iPod in the villa. Open up the doors towards the pool and listen to your tunes. Great vacation, great villa, great beach and a great location. Always Spain Realty Estate !

Hemos tenido un trato excelente con el director. Ha sido una persona cercana y amable en todo momento , dedicándonos el tiempo necesario para la compra de nuestro apartamento. Ha mejorado nuestra calidad de vida con la compra de nuestro nuevo hogar.

Nosotros teníamos un horario muy complicado para poder tener reuniones dentro de su horario laboral y sin embargo el equipo de Spain Realty Estate estaba disponible a cualquier hora que le dijéramos, incluso se desplazaron fuera de la ciudad para facilitar la firma de algunos documentos. Yo desde luego se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que tenga una compra, venta o alquiler, y no quiero terminar este comentario sin darles una y mil veces las gracias por lo fácil que nos lo han hecho …. Para futuras operaciones, contaré nuevamente con ellos. Trabajan con tesón y amplia disponibilidad. En definitiva, ampliamente satisfecho con su trabajo y los recomiendo sin dudarlo. Hola, muy buenas, pues la villa Amanda que alquilamos este verano a través de inmobiliaria Spain Realty Estate es espectacular, estuvimos con familiares una semana y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia, la piscina está muy bien y la zona exterior es muy amplia. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y casi todas con su baño. La limpieza perfecta, ubicación genial, cerca de ciudad, pero a la vez alejado del jaleo. La casa con muchas calidades y cuidada. No les falta detalle en la cocina ni en las habitaciones. La atención para la recogida y devolución de llaves muy bien también. Se me olvidaba, ha sido muy fácil hacer la reserva y en todo momento he recibido mucha información para poder tomar decisiones. En mi caso, por la simpatía y cortesía de la persona que me hizo la reserva. No solo le interesaba que realizará la reserva, si no que quedará satisfecho con la casa que eligiera. Toda una profesionalidad. Muy recomendable !!! Es más, estamos pensando encargar a la agencia que nos busque otra propiedad similar en otra provincia porque nos gusta ir variando cada año un destino nuevo. Hemos conocido a la inmobiliaria a través de unos amigos que llevaban años viajando con Spain Realty y la verdad estamos muy contentos. Año que viene probaremos reservar algo parecido por la zona de Alicante, a ver que tal, de todos modos, lo suyo es empezar mirar las cosas con 5 – 6 meses de antelación, es cuando hay más ofertas y los precios son más terrestres. Mi cuñada antes lo buscaba en las páginas de Google, y cada año nos las jugábamos haciendo reservas con cada agencia distinta. Ahora sabemos que ésta agencia presta servicios en todas las provincias de Andalucía, Alicante, Tarragona, Costa Brava, y creo que gestionan algo también en las Canarias. Suerte a tod@s !!

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, te ayudan mucho, son muy agradables y a la vez serios y formales. Da gusto tratar con auténticos profesionales. Servicio de atención y asesoramiento impecable. Se encargan absolutamente de todo con plena confianza. En nuestro caso surgió una incidencia entre los bancos y el director supo estar a la altura intermediando entre los mismos, reactivándose así la operación en tiempo récord.
