Kristina is a great real estate professional. She really listen to you, has a 6th sense of feeling what a person is looking for and what are her/his needs and desires. She adapts the search on an indivual basis and is there for you to guide you through the process, helps you to understand every step and her support goes beyond what you would expect. I have a great experience myself and I would for sure recommend to cooperate with Kristina. Besides her professional attitude she is also a very positive smiling person you want to be around :-).

We are a British expat couple from the Middle East who started our house purchase journey with Amanda just before COVID. Following responses to a detailed questionnaire and a few calls to establish what we were after, Amanda started sending us available properties within our parameters and progressively built up a shortlist of properties with a view to arrange viewings prior to our arrival in Spain. Sadly, COVID put our plans on hold, however Amanda patiently continued to update us with available properties. Two years on, we completed on our dream House in November 22. We booked a 2 week holiday in Spain in July 22. We met Amanda shortly after we arrived, and she patiently drove us around viewing all the properties on the shortlist. Amanda was very professional and very knowledgeable of the areas in which she operated. Following our initial viewings, it become apparent that to get the property we were after we needed to adjust our budget. Amanda quickly sourced new properties within the revised budget and after 2 weeks of driving up and down the Costa Del Sol we eventually found what we were after. Amanda recommended all the professional services we would require - solicitors, mortgage advisors, property managers, forex companies, surveyors etc. All her recommendations delivered and contributed to the successful completion. Amanda remained engaged, followed up and acted diligently as our ears on the ground in Spain, pushing and advising throughout the process. She has continued to be helpful after completion. We are very grateful to have had her as our agent and would have no hesitation recommending her.

I have met Amanda Jardine wile being in Andalousie. We went together to visit many places that Amanda picked following my requirements. Amanda always found properties that entered my requirements. I have shared Amanda’s details to many of my friends as it’s been and still will be a pleasure to work with Amanda. I would invite everybody to trust Amanda’s professionalism. SelectionMed Mijas advertised my house for sale even without I knew about it, so completely without my autorisation and at a ridiculois price. It s a legal’offence! So if you see a villa for sale they may even not be autorized to sell it. SHAMEFUL!
