La meva experiència en aquesta immobiliària tan en la venta d'un pis com posteriorment en el lloguer d'un altre ha estat excel·lent. Són un equip professional, eficient i ofereixen una atenció personalitzada. Tan la venda i com el lloguer ho han gestionat amb rapidesa, transparència i tenacitat. We were very satisfied with the services of Vilamari Real Estate. As foreigners buying property in Barcelona, their team was there to "hold our hand" throughout the entire process. They assisted us professionally at every step, making the purchase a stress-free and safe experience. What we found especially impressive was that even AFTER the purchase, they remained incredibly helpful, always available for any questions we had. We genuinely recommend them to anyone looking to buy property in Barcelona!

En el nostre cas hem conegut l'Àlex i l'Alba per la venda d'actius i, més enllà de la seva professionalitat, vull destacar la seva honestedad. Bona gent de la que ja no en queda. Gràcies!!!

I can only warn others about this agency and would not recommend them to anyone. Problems started right from the contract stage. Our expectations regarding the exact rental period were not communicated to the property owners – to their disadvantage. We were assured that the Wi-Fi would be installed and active upon our move-in. However, this was not the case – and this is just one example among many. Our main contact was the employee Alba. Many of our messages were simply ignored, and whenever we reached out with questions or issues, we received no response. Less than a month after moving in, we discovered mold in one of the rooms. We immediately informed the agency (Alba) but received hardly any useful information. Therfor we decided to send the photos directly to the property owners, who were shocked because the agency had never informed them about the mold. This lack of communication happened repeatedly. As a result, we decided to contact the owners directly and bypass the agency entirely – simply because communication with the agency did not work at all. It is frustrating to think that both the owners and we as tenants pay the agency for their services. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this agency in any way!!!
